Ottawa's best networking and social club meet ups at the Waverley on Elgin. Tuesday Club started during lockdowns when Ottawa restaurants desperately needed the business. Each Tuesday this meetup that is run almost entirely on volunteers visits a new restaurant starting at 6pm.
Who goes to Tuesday Club? You will meet a wide range of singles, young professionals, content creators, foodies, influencers, socialites and those who just want an excuse to get out to have a drink and try a new restaurant in Ottawa on a Tuesday. Best of all, unlike many networking events, this one is FREE and often has special Tuesday Club menus and specials offered by the restaurant or business.

It’s like a food fest, but instead of carnival snacks, you get dishes crafted by top Ottawa chefs like Joe Thottungal - chef and owner of Ottawa restaurants Thali and Coconut Lagoon, Raghav Chaudhary – chef of Aiana Restaurant and 10 more of Ottawa's best chefs.
The best part? All the proceeds go to Youturn Youth Services, so you can feel good about stuffing your face.

Taste of Wellington West is back, and it's a great excuse to wander around Hintonburg and Wellington Village while sampling bites from local restaurants. You ever eat something so good it feels like it deserves a medal? Well, this is where that happens.
On Wednesday, September 25th, 2024, Ottawa’s finest chefs gather at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier to throw down in the kitchen and compete for a spot in the Canadian Culinary Championships.
It’s an evening filled with food that’ll make you question your life choices, in the best way. Plus, you’ll be washing it all down with some of Canada’s finest wines, and local craft beer.
But it’s not just about eating like a king. The event supports big causes: giving kids access to music, sports, and healthy meals through MusiCounts, Spirit North, and the Ottawa Network for Education’s school breakfast program. So you can stuff your face with fancy food and feel good about it, too.

Beau’s Oktoberfest at Manor Lounge
Beer, pretzels, live music... sounds like a perfect Friday
It’s time to bust out the lederhosen, Ottawa! On Friday, September 27th, Manor Lounge is throwing a killer Oktoberfest party, and it’s everything you could want from an Oktoberfest bash—without the flight to Germany.
Doors open at 4 PM, and you’ll be greeted with flowing beers, including Beau’s and plenty of other options. Live music kicks off at 7 PM featuring the legendary Polka Brats and DJ Sven, so get ready to dance like nobody’s watching—or like everyone’s had a few beers.

Le Cordon Bleu is a celebrated Culinary Arts Institute that offers a variety of programmes and courses for aspiring culinary professionals. From Pastry, Baking, and Culinary Arts and Business ranging from intensive 3 month courses to short one day classes for beginners or just for fun!
We got a taste of some of the amazing bakery items their new graduating students prepared at a special Boulangerie Buffet event. But this September they are offering a full dining experience at their restaurant located right on the campus at the historic mansion on Laurier.
The dinner will be held in the historic mansion built in 1877 and has been the home of Le Cordon Bleu since 2000 one of over 30 campuses worldwide.
It’s sure to be a night to remember. Reservations are a must.
